As recent graduates, we’ve lived and breathed the VCE grind. We know exactly how teachers think, how exams are built, and which textbook traps to avoid. The second secret is belief. Even if a student is struggling, it’s crucial to give them the spark, to make them genuinely feel capable. To ignite the desire to improve, to stay organised, to stay disciplined. We don’t just teach content. We teach students how to learn: how to be disciplined, efficient, and in control of their own progress.

I started with one student and have since grown to countless students. Yet one thing has remained the same: attention. Every student receives 1-on-1 attention that is truly personalised. Every worksheet built around their specific strengths and weaknesses, developed and refined to the point where I spend more time preparing before class than the lesson itself.

I’ve taken calls with students to clear their doubts at midnight, 2am, and 3am. Students need someone to provide the driving force, to keep them accountable and disciplined.

I have witnessed this firsthand, and it is exactly why I started tutoring.
